For two passionate men, where does lust end and love begin?

  1. This log line is the same for both books of the series, because the lust just gets lustier . . . all the while both men gain a deeper appreciation for the other. In this second installment, Gristle begins to become more a man who will show his emotion, but still just barely.

So the series is WARRIOR, RIDE HARD [bk. 1]
    WARRIOR, STAND TALLO {bk. 2]

  2. Good log line - straight forward, short and sweet - but it doesn't differentiate this book from any other m/m offering, no 'flavour' of the work as it were.

  3. I would go for a variation on the log line for book #2 to make it stand apart.

  4. Both good comments here. Sessha, you are right that it's pretty generic for MM stuff. Maybe if I used the word "warrior" the reader would get more of an old-timey feel. "For two passionate warriors..." I'll give this some serious thought.

And DragonLady, the reason both are the same is that I've promoted these books together with a banner, showing two horses running, so that readers will equate the two books. So I guess that I don't really want it to stand apart!

  5. I think the inclusion of the word "warrior" is a good thought.
